Job Title:     HEALTHCARE ARCHITECT

As a healthcare architect, you'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing healthcare spaces. Your expertise will enhance patient experiences, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include space planning, collaboration with healthcare professionals and engineers, regulatory compliance, sustainability and technology integration, and project management. Qualified candidates must be licensed with 5-7 years of experience and the ability to lead and manage all aspects of a project. 

Responsibilities:

  • Space Planning: Design and plan healthcare facilities, considering patient flow, safety, and accessibility.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, engineers, and contractors to develop comprehensive architectural solutions.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including FGI and ADA guidelines.

  • Sustainability: Integrate sustainable practices into architectural designs.

  • Technology Integration: Incorporate cutting-edge technologies into healthcare spaces.

  • Project Management: Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion.

 

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in architecture (BArch, MArch, or equivalent). Specialized healthcare design certifications are a plus (ACHA, EDAC, WELL AP, etc.)

  • Licensed Architect (preferred).

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in healthcare architecture.

  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills (written, verbal, and graphic).

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Newforma, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with building codes, specifications, and engineering systems.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
