With nearly 30 years of experience in the AEC industry—including five years with a general contractor and 25 years in architecture—Tiffiny brings a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary perspective to her role. As Director of Business Development and Administration, she plays a key role in advancing the firm’s strategic initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and elevating brand presence.

Tiffiny leads the firm’s marketing and communications efforts, overseeing everything from proposal development and content creation to branding and public outreach. She also provides leadership and oversight for the administrative team, ensuring operational alignment and seamless support across departments. Working closely with the leadership team, she translates their goals into actionable strategies that support growth, efficiency, and visibility.
