Corporate Headquarters

QuikTrip is a multi-billion-dollar, privately-held company whose corporate headquarters sits on an 80-acre site in Tulsa, Oklahoma. MILES developed a master plan with phased additions that met the company’s growth needs through 2009 and since then, the campus has grown to four wings organized by department and centrally connected by a two-story “plaza” and a community space.

The QuikTrip Corporate Headquarters has diverse needs including a test kitchen, a fuel-systems lab, and a control group providing 24/7/365 support to their 700+ stores in 11 states. Wings A, B, C, and D also include a data center, a trading floor, a conference center, a storm shelter (designed using FEMA standards), meeting rooms, and open offices. The contemporary take on the prairie-style design was developed from the client’s desire to utilize a regional architectural style while creating an employee-centric atmosphere.
