Job Title:     PROJECT ARCHITECT/DESIGN PROFESSIONAL

Your creativity, attention to detail, technical expertise, and strong project management skills will be essential in achieving successful outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, producing design documents, coordinating project documentation, participating in meetings, understanding engineering systems, reviewing shop drawings, and contributing to quality control protocols. Ideal candidates will possess 5-7 years of experience and demonstrate the ability to lead and manage all technical aspects of projects. Licensing is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

​

  • Collaborate with a proven multi-disciplinary design team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

  • Produce design documents across all phases of design and construction, from conceptual sketches to detailed construction documents.

  • Coordinate project documentation, including plans, details, and specifications, ensuring quality control and completion.

  • Participate in project coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors.

  • Understand engineering systems relevant to projects and research unfamiliar systems.

  • Review shop drawings, material samples, and submittals for conformance with design.

  • Perform construction administration duties, including RFIs, RFPs, and Change Orders.

  • Contribute to office QA/QC protocols and design standards.

 

Qualifications:

​

  • Professional degree in architecture (BArch, MArch, or equivalent).

  • Architect licensure is preferred, but not required.

  • 5-7 years of professional architectural work experience.

  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills (written, verbal, and graphic).

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Newforma, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Familiarity with building codes, specifications, and engineering systems.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
