About
Enable Midstream Partners engaged Miles to space plan and design the 47th and 48th floors of their regional office located in One Shell Plaza within the Central Business District of Houston, Texas. The 46,400 SF tenant improvement package provided office space for 200+ employees along with a conference center and collaborative gathering areas distributed throughout the floors. The dynamic workplace requirements of the oil and gas sector resulted in a flexible layout to accommodate Enable’s long-term needs.
The $2.3-million project capitalized on the existing building components to minimize the new construction and to strategically blend the old and the new into a comprehensive design solution consistent with Enable’s corporate branding.
This project was one of six simultaneous projects for Enable.
