At MILES, each project is led by a project executive from the leadership group. For the duration of the contract, the executive actively manages the communication stream between the design team and our clients. Any inconsistencies are quickly addressed to make certain that the commitments made at the beginning of the project are adhered to across the entire design team and throughout the duration of the project; ensuring that your mission and brand is consistently applied from project to project. In addition, as part of our MILES LEADERSHIP TEAM, the project executive has the organizational authority to swiftly address any personnel issues that compromise the mission, the project method, or the quality of deliverables.
