DENNIS WELLS, AIA, CSI, LEED AP
PRINCIPAL
With over 40 years of architectural experience, Dennis is exceptionally skilled at managing diverse teams of consultants and coordinating in-house resources for large and complex projects. He is responsible for managing and coordinating specialty consultants as well as overseeing drawing quality and specification writing. With his past experience in designing various building types, Dennis augments the MILES TEAM with a broad knowledge base that is often beneficial to the overall design process.
Dennis was the first architect in Oklahoma to become a LEED Accredited Professional. In addition, he is accredited by the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) as a Master Format Instructor and a Certified Document Technologist. He has won national and regional recognition for his design work and for his participation in a Six-Sigma process improvement project. As a firm principal and member of the MILES LEADERSHIP TEAM, he provides executive management for all three of our studios which includes tracking human resources and staffing as well as overseeing project schedules and deliverables.
