With 25+ years of experience in healthcare design, Curtis is a recognized leader in planning and architecture, specializing in environments that optimize patient care and operational efficiency. He is one of only six architects in Oklahoma certified by the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA), a distinction held by just 405 architects in the U.S. and Canada.
Curtis’s career spans diverse roles, including over seven years as a healthcare architect for the OU Medical System and more than eight years as a corporate owner’s representative for Trammell Company/CBRE Group, where he guided multiple Fortune 500 companies. This combination of healthcare and corporate experience allows him to bridge design vision, operational needs, and real-world implementation.
Known for balancing operational and capital needs, Curtis delivers projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. He collaborates closely with clients to translate complex business needs into practical, cost-effective, and patient-centered solutions, optimizing facility layouts and managing multi-disciplinary teams to meet both clinical and financial goals.
At the core of Curtis’s work is his commitment to creating healing environments that enhance patient care, engage families, and support healthcare staff. His deep understanding of both design and operations makes him a trusted partner in shaping the future of healthcare facilities.
